Scott McKenzie and Associates Has Moved

Hello.

My name is Gavin Derepas. You have been directed to this page because Scott McKenzie and Associates has merged with Alps Network and is now known as Alps Network. As well as this there is a new Licensee – The FinancialLink Group Pty Ltd.

The reason for this change is Scott McKenzie and Associates got too big for me to handle on my own and I needed help with administration and paperwork.

I began searching for another Financial Planning Business to merge with in July 2015. Of all the businesses I looked at Alps Network was the best. Before I started looking I set an outline of what I was looking for;

1. Similar philosophy to me regarding Financial Planning – client focussed and Fee for Service
2. Be able to help me with the administrative side of the business
3. Have advisers with different skill sets to compliment mine – giving clients a better outcome no matter their situation
4. Honesty and have integrity

All these points were met with Alps Network, so I chose them, and they chose me.

What has changed?

1. The name of the business is Alps Network
2. The licensee is The Financial Link Group
3. You will have the benefit of 5 experienced advisers
4. I can now have holidays

What has not changed?

1. You the client is the primary focus
2. I am still here and available
3. The service offering; although this will be improved over time
